    今年CS找工作形势怎么样呀?

    Companies are still hiring, but they are hiring with very specific skill sets, down to the last inch. Previously they would hire people that fit within a certain profile, but now they only hire people with for instance a combination of the following: 
    A. MBA degree
    B. 5-10 years of experience
    C. Fortune 500 employment history
    D. Java, C++ with real examples to back up your experience
    E. We do not sponsor H1Bs
    F. Must be able to wear multiple hats, programmer, project manager, data analyst, coordinator, etc etc.
